Technical Assistance Facilitation Team. Technical assistance provided options for restoring a one-mile span of the Broadway Historic Midtown Corridor, without compromising the cultural, historic and artistic resources cherished by residents. Denise and Carlton facilitated a three-day workshop with municipal and community leaders. Conducted stakeholder interviews and capacity building workshops on historic preservation and economic development to enable residents to be the catalyst for community change.
